Faulty PCB, fan or diverter valve? Our technicians repair and test it in-house, so you get a working part back without paying for a new one.
What we repair
- PCBs: main boards and display boards for most major boiler brands
- Fans: boiler fans and fan assemblies
- Diverter valves: valve bodies and motor assemblies
Not sure if your part can be repaired? Call the trade counter with the part number or GC number and we will tell you before you send anything.
How it works
- Call or email us with the part number, boiler make and model, and the fault.
- Send the part in with your account name and a contact number. We will confirm how to send it when you call.
- We repair and test it in our workshop, using the same process as our reconditioned stock.
- We send it back to you, ready to fit.
Need it sooner? Ask about advance replacement
If the boiler cannot wait for a repair, ask about advance replacement. We send you a reconditioned part first, and you return your old part to us afterwards. The trade counter will confirm the terms for your part when you order.
Why repair instead of replace
Repairing a part usually costs less than buying new and keeps a working component out of landfill. Our PCBs, fans and diverter valves are reconditioned in-house, and our remanufacturing process is independently tested by BSI.
